How do I get to the resort?
We’re happy to arrange air-conditioned taxi pickups and drops for our guests. The cost from Madgaon Station is 1000 INR, and for airport pickup or drop, it’s 2100 INR for a small AC taxi, 2500 INR for a large AC Ertiga SUV, and 2700 INR for an Innova AC taxi. There’s an additional night service charge of 200 INR between 9 pm and 5 am IST. You can pay for the taxi upon arrival at the resort. If you’d like us to arrange a pickup, please send your flight details at least one week before your arrival. We want you to arrive stress-free, so you can start enjoying your beach yoga retreat as soon as you get here!

What kind of clothes should I bring?
If you’re visiting during the winter months, we recommend bringing a sweater for the cooler evenings, as well as a pair of long pants to avoid mosquitoes. The temperatures in Goa range from 15°C to 30°C. While practicing beach yoga, light and comfortable clothing like shorts and tank tops are ideal. Goa is tourist-friendly, so western-style clothes are perfectly fine during your stay.

What happens if I get sick?
The chances of getting sick at our resort are extremely low. Since opening in January 2012, none of our guests have ever fallen ill. We use only organic ingredients, and all our fruits and vegetables are washed with mineral water. However, if you do fall sick, Goa has excellent private hospitals just a short taxi ride away. We recommend that you arrive with medical or travel insurance for peace of mind while enjoying your beach yoga retreat.

What can I do at the resort besides yoga and meditation?
While beach yoga and meditation are the main focus of your retreat, there’s plenty more to enjoy! You can swim, sunbathe, or even arrange to swim with dolphins or go fishing with the local fishermen. We also offer soothing massages and complimentary cooking classes for guests. If you’re looking to explore nearby areas, there are restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of activities in Palolem, which is just a 20-minute taxi ride away.

Is cell phone reception or internet available?
We don’t have cell phone reception at the resort (which can be a good thing for disconnecting and focusing on your beach yoga practice!), but we do offer complimentary Wi-Fi. Feel free to bring your devices to stay connected with loved ones through Skype or Viber. We also provide a laptop with Skype for a small fee if you need it.

Do you accept credit cards?
At this time, we do not accept credit cards. However, we do accept payments in INR or GBP. If you need cash, there are ATMs available in Palolem, which is just a 12 km taxi ride away.
